This Agreement will be used when an owner and an renter agree to a lease.

ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT (1)

If Tenant is transferred by Tenant’s employer to a place of employment more than thirty-five (35) miles from Tenant’s present place of employment, Tenant shall have the option to terminate this lease by giving written notice thereof to Landlord, which notice shall:

Specify the date such termination shall be effective, which date shall be the last day of a calendar month at lease sixty (60) days after Landlord’s receipt of such notice: and Be accompanied by: A written verification from Tenant’s employer verifying the fact of such transfer stating the Tenant’s present and new place of employment, which verification shall be signed by an officer, partner or personnel director of such employer; and Payment in full of the rent in advance of the date of such termination .

Tenant shall have no obligation to give Landlord notice prior to moving out of the premises at the expiration of the term of this lease; however, will notify Landlord of any extension.
